The Great Hall, featuring the original fireplace and 2 large coat of arms shields, is the centrepiece to the upper level of Keele Hall. It showcases the Sneyd family emblems of a scythe and the fleur-de-lys, as well as a haraldic shield above the working fireplace that depicts the family's marriages and two large coat of arms shields.
The Great Hall provides the ideal space to welcome guests for a banquet, conference or to host a drinks or buffet reception. The room sits central to the upper level of Keele Hall with direct access to the Old Library, Salvin Room, Nesfield Suite and Sneyd Room. For larger events the Great Hall works well with adjoining rooms, such as the Salvin Room and Old Library.
NB: The capacity listed below is based on a Civil Ceremony capacity. For a drinks or buffet reception, the capacity of the Great Hall is 100.
