We will provide white linen table cloths and napkins (can be exchanged for coloured paper napkins), appropriate glassware and crockery. In addition, we will provide a ‘long & low’ flower arrangement for your top table in the colours of your choice. Coloured linen napkins are available at an extra charge.

Yes you can! There is a Courtyard by Marriott hotel on site.  We will  include a room for the bride and groom (subject to availability).

This is not essential and is at your discretion. We can provide contact details of Toastmasters. If you decide not to have a toastmaster, our duty manager on the day will call your guests to dinner.

The duty manager of each venue will be there from when your guests arrive and will control the running of the day in terms of catering and drinks service. As your wedding day approaches, we will contact you with details of who will be the duty manager at your wedding. You can then contact the duty manager and use this opportunity to go through any specific operational requirements for the day.

Keele Hall has a disabled access toilet and ramps on the ground floor. A lift is available to access the Salvin Suite on the first floor.

For under 12s we can offer half portions of the adult choice at half price or items from the children’s menu, e.g. chicken nuggets, sausage, etc. Your wedding organiser will advise what is available.

As standard, the bar license runs until midnight; however, you can extend this to 02.00hrs at the latest, please speak to your wedding coordinator for the costs.
