The Sports Centre has two indoor sports halls offering over 1,000 square metres of flexible indoor hall space, with individual halls capable of hosting up to 600 people. Each of the sports halls are marked out with four badminton courts, five-a-side football, netball, basketball, cricket and tennis, and have spectator galleries. The gymnasium is marked out with a badminton court and 3 fencing areas. The studio has a sprung wooden floor, ideal for boxing, martial arts, dance and exercise. In addition, the centre has 6 squash courts, two of which have glass back viewing and spectator seating.
The fitness centre is available for residential delegates’ use and includes 38 stations, a weights room and an 8 station kinesis suite.
The outdoor space at Keele Sports Centre is the largest in Staffordshire and comprises of 11 grass football pitches,1 Astroturf pitch marked up for a full size hockey/football pitch, 2 rugby pitches, 3 cricket pitches, 8 tennis courts and 2 netball courts.
These extensive facilities offer fantastic opportunities for leisure pursuits and for team building exercises. Combined with the accommodation available at the Keele Management Centre, these facilities are an ideal venue for team away days and teambuilding programmes. The events team at are able to assist in arranging sporting and team building activities for any events taking place.

Exciting future plans due to be completed in Easter 2016
Planning permission has been granted for the creation of a full size synthetic football pitch (a '3G') suitable for all weather play of a variety of sports at the rear of the Sports Centre. Supplementary works will see the construction of a smaller training area of the same synthetic construction, re-configuration of a section of the tennis court area to provide courts for basketball and beach volleyball, and upgrading of the existing astroturf area, surrounding access roads and pathways. The areas will be floodlit to allow evening play during winter months.
