Prices obviously depend on the extent of the event and a number of elements will affect the price. The questions we will need to discuss are:
- How many delegates are attending and are they paying to attend?
- Do you require financial management?
- Do you require session management?
- Do you require presentations, brochures or postcards to be produced?
- How much marketing do you need to do for your event?
- Which speakers do you intend to invite?
