Prices obviously depend on the extent of the event and a number of elements will affect the price. The questions we will need to discuss are:

How many delegates are attending and are they paying to attend?
Do you require financial management?
Do you require session management?
Do you require presentations, brochures or postcards to be produced?
How much marketing do you need to do for your event?
Which speakers do you intend to invite?
