Reception Services
Our reception staff will be pleased to answer all your queries between 7am and 10pm. A night porter is available at all other times. You can contact reception by your in-room telephone dialling 0, or by direct on 01782 738900.

Check in / Check out
Rooms will be available after 2pm for check in. Check out vacate your bedroom by 9.30am on your day of departure. Please inform Reception on arrival, of any difficulties you may have in the unlikely event of an evacuation (e.g. hearing or walking difficulties).

Sport & leisure facilities
All residential guests have use of the campus grounds and complimentary use of the Sports Centre. Other facilities are available. To make use of the facilities please take your bedroom key and present it at the Leisure Centre Reception.

Internet access & business support
Our lounge features an internet station from where you can access the internet and your emails free of charge. Printing, faxing and photocopying are available for a small charge.

Luggage
If you require assistance with your luggage, please speak to a member of our reception team. For your convenience we provide a luggage store near reception.

Car parking
Free parking is available at car park L, with disabled parking available close to all entrances. Your event organiser will provide more information regarding your car parking arrangements and parking permits. Parking permits will be issued before or at registration and these must be completed and displayed for the duration of your stay. Please note that a fine may be levied for any unauthorised parking.

Directions
Keele Management centre lies in the heart of Keele village, on the outskirts of the university campus, which is located 3 miles from Newcastle-under-Lyme. Travelling from Newcastle direction you need to turn left off the A525, ½ mile after the main University entrance. Take a right hand turn between the church and The Sneyd Arms pub. Travelling from the Whitchurch direction you need to turn right off the A525 into Keele village, then take a left hand turn between the church and the Sneyd Arms pub. Keele Management Centre and car parking is on your left.
