Choose your venue carefully, will it suit your event and your delegates

Liaise closely with the venue event management team

Ask about delegate registration and delegate/event support

Provide manual and paper based booking option

Communication to delegates of their booking and seminars/workshops they are attending

Ensure you understand what are you costs versus the income you will be generating
