Keele Conference Goers To Stay In £3 Million Makeover Halls
The latest stage in a major, multi-million pound project to refurbish the student halls of residence at Keele University has been completed, providing conference guests with upgraded, contemporary accommodation.
Designed to enhance the experience of students and conference delegates opting for an overnight stay, the refurbishment project is the end of the first phase of a massive overhaul of all halls of residence at Keele.
The £3million refurbishment, completed this October, of 238 bedrooms at Holly Cross halls of residence features en suite facilities, energy efficient lighting and showers and a fresh new décor along with new kitchens, increased storage space and new appliances.
Sam Rooney, Head of Keele Conferences & Events comments: “The completion of the student accommodation is fantastic news for clients and their delegates using our student halls for their event accommodation. The expectations of our students and conference guests are no different and we are sure our customers like the new approach we’ve taken to our halls of residence”
