 A full day of cookery with some hands on coaching and demonstrations from award winning chefs at Keele Hall.
 
# 9.30 a.m. Homemade muffins and pastries with coffee and meet the chef for an introduction to the day.
# 1 p.m. Lunch created by yourself.
# 2.30 p.m. Relax and enjoy demonstrations from our master chefs.

# Spring Salad of Wood Pigeon with Truffle Oil Dressing
# Tortelloni of Spinach & Ricotta Cheese in Tomato Cream Sauce
# Canon of Lamb in Herb Mousse on Claret Jus
# Roasted Fennel topped with a Farce of Pecans & Beans with Fried Rice Noodles on Puy Lentil & Thyme Sauce
# Anna Potatoes with Tarragon
# Timbale of Carrots, Purple Sprouting & Baby Leeks
# Raspberry Soufflé
# Mini Rhubarb Tartlet with Mango & Green Tea Sorbet & Tofu Cream of Red Fruits with Hazelnut Praline
# Afternoon sessions will include demonstration of Amuse Bouche and Petit Fours
