Chocolate Experience with our Chocolatier
The day begins with a relaxing coffee and homemade pastries with course leader and Executive Chef Peter Walters who will introduce you to the origins of the cocoa bean and the different characteristics of chocolate from around the world.
You will learn how to use chocolate in savoury dishes including a starter and main course before delving into a huge selection of ingredients to make fondants, truffles, ganache, luxury chocolate drinks and just about everything to get the most of a block of genuine Couverture Chocolate. You will also enjoy a beautiful three course meal including wine in the luxurious grounds of Keele Hall as part of your cookery course experience.
Finally you can take home a selection of handmade chocolates as well as a unique recipe book containing all of the information you need to recreate the recipes at home. You will also receive a one of a kind Keele Hall gift.
